This hidden gem in the Gold Coast serves the freshest seafood in Chicago, a great space to meet with friends and grab a glass of wine. Their menu constantly changes 2 - 4 times a week, so I'm always challenged to bring in a new direction while keeping the essence of the place and its experience.
I'm always eager to come up with new creative ideas with the team. My main responsibility is to capture true colors when photographing close up of the food for their menu indoors and outdoors, and I think that's a challenge I'm starting to love when working at Osteria Del Pastaio.
